🆕 Yunara joins the game (and probably your defeat history too)
Riot isn't holding back: Patch 25.14 drops hard and the main spotlight is on Yunara, a new marksman with a mystical personality, stunning design, and a kit that can delete your team if you blink in a teamfight.
She comes straight from Ionia, with a legendary past as the Sealer of the Darkin Blade and a promise to fulfill. If you like farming peacefully and popping off late game with a thousand autos, this champ is your new obsession.
What does Yunara do?
Her style mixes magic damage with physical scaling. Her passive grants strong crits, her Q turns her into an attack speed machine, her W slows (and then pierces in a line), her E helps her reposition fast, and her R... well, that's when she becomes a raid boss.
No invisibility, no true damage, no easy escapes, so good positioning is a must. But if you move well, she's brutal in late game with items like Runaan’s Hurricane or Phantom Dancer.

🔁 Post-MSI Meta: Which champions are strong?
With Gen.G taking MSI 2025 and the Rift burning with meta picks, Riot went full throttle. Here's the juiciest of the patch:
🟢 Worthy Buffs

Azir: more base HP and W damage. Back on the competitive radar.

Darius: his Q heals more when low. Toplane gets bloody again.

Fiora: her ult heals 100% no matter what. Unignorable late game.

Fizz: his W and E got even more lethal.

Ziggs: general damage buff. Poke until they tilt.
🔴 Hard Nerfs
If you main any of these… mental strength, bro:

Braum: less base armor.

Yasuo, Lee Sin, Sett, Zoe, Yuumi, TF, and Riven: key scaling and ability tweaks to tone them down.
🔨 Kled Rework: Less crazy, more tanky
The patch also gave Kled a solid rework. He’s no longer just the psycho yordle who dives 1v3. He’s now more of a bruiser, focused on sustain, extended fights, and a bit more control.

His passive now heals when mounting Skaarl and grants resistances.

His Q got scaling tweaks, and W has a new cooldown system.

E improved in visual clarity (less “WHAT DID THAT THING JUST DO?”).

His R now deals magic damage with utility adjustments.
Kled now feels more like a durable fighter than a full burst assassin. Fair trade, honestly.
🛡 Item Changes: Good news for ADCs and mages
Riot also tweaked several key items that were either forgotten or needed a boost:

Blade of the Ruined King: better damage based on enemy HP and more accessible.

Kraken Slayer: cheaper and scales better with missing HP. Hypercarries rejoice.

Phantom Dancer: more attack speed and movement speed. GG for kiting.

Rod of Ages: buffs to base mana, scaling per stack, and total value. Mid laners rejoice.

Haunting Guise: now limited to one per inventory (yeah, you, full AP tank Swain).
There were also technical tweaks for Mac users, and a small nerf to Unsealed Spellbook, which now deals less damage with Smite after switching spells.
🎮 New Events: Koeshin and Minigames
Besides competitive updates, the patch brings fun content to enjoy:

Koeshin Battle Event: beat 'em up style mode with story between Xin Zhao and Yunara. If you like narrative and something different, check it out.

Koeshin Courtyard Minigame: like “Spirit Bonds,” where you rank up with spirits and earn rewards with petals.
